What

Our club performs acts of kindness once a month. We ensure these are tailored for children with a clear mission and expected outcome. We expect each mission to instil a lesson learned within our children, which would aid their growth and development.

What to expect on the day of the event

  • We meet & greet the parents & children.
  • We hand out club apparel (t-shirts, caps, lanyards etc) to enhance the spirit of team work and community belonging i.e. “WE are on a mission!”
  • We talk to the children about the mission explaining its purpose and significance. When children understand and believe in the mission, they are more likely to be engaged and committed.
  • We carry out the mission – where possible we plan for music, snacks & refreshments and to have fun!
  • Finally, to celebrate our little volunteers’ contribution, each Kid for Kindness is honored with a themed pin badge to be affixed on their club lanyard. Their lanyard will become more decorated with more events attended.
